I designed this double sided Pickle Rick as a extruder knob & decided to print a bigger one for a cane topper. I sand cast and forged Pickle Rick in Aluminum. After etching primer, I painted all the details with water based enamel then drilled & tapped it. Turned the reclaimed White Oak 2 coats of Red Mahogany 225 stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane before lag & Epoxy Topper to cane. Finished with rubber tip.
