I cut reclaimed Douglas Fur, then turned shaft (leaving top to carve), filed, sanded, 2 coats of Red Mahogany stain on lower, 1 coat of Gunstock stain Carved top, 2 coats of Semi Gloss Spar Urethane and added rubber tip.
