I cast, forged, drilled & tapped topper. Then planed, long grain glued & turned reclaimed Maple. Then filed, sanded, 2 coats Red Mahogany stain then 2 coats of Spar Urethane. Lag & Epoxy topper to shaft then added rubber tip.
