I printed the Skull (no Jaw), sand cast & forged in scrap Aluminum. Then took a slab of seasoned Orange tree wood, rounded three edges on the shaper & left the fourth side rough. Sanded drilled base and skull together before tapping Skull holes. 2 coats of Gunstock stain, 3 coats of Polyurethane, added screws & finished with felt buttons. Measures 4″ x 5″ x 4 1/2″ (without wood base)
